Qualifications/Candidate Requirements: A California Architect’s License A minimum of 10 years of professional experience (6 as a Project Architect). LEED AP certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of engineering systems and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary environment. Excellent client communication skills and relationship-building abilities. Confidence in conducting project presentations, including in public forums. Strong mentoring, written, and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture
