AIA San Diego Forms 990

The Form 990 is essentially the federal tax filing for a non-profit corporation.  In response to the evolving complexity and increased prevalence of no-profit organizations, the Internal Revenue Service has redesigned the Form 990, making the annual information return required to be filed by
tax-exempt organizations much more content intensive than in the past.  Click here to read an excellent article about the purpose and importance of the From 990.
