Has anyone out there had to process an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication? I was told by someone in the engineering department that an IOD doesn't require a plot plan prepared by a civil engineer but when my permit runner tried to get it processed, she was told she needed that and a whole lot more. WTF?

And, if an IOD is required by the city, why do they charge you 2k for it? They make you give them the land and then charge you for it! WTF? I am the only one that thinks this is weird?
