FAR bonus and set backs in Mid-Cities PDO

In the MR-800b zone, I can only have .75 of allowable FAR in the front 40% of the lot (are you confused too?)

I am also allowed a bonus FAR for covered parking. Can I put .75 of the bonus in the front 40% or does it all have to go on the back 60%

 I have run into this problem before and based on my experience, I think this question is answered on a case by case basis.

In my case, we were allowed to split the FAR bonus as you are describing but we also had a narrow lot which made most of the project rather unique. __________________
