Pre-Submittal Meeting for Request for Qualifications: Architects and Sustainable Design Consultant Services

Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego 

The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego seeks qualified firms to provide Architectural Design and/or Sustainable Design Consultant Services for the eleven Redevelopment Project Areas under the management of the Redevelopment Division of the City of San Diego’s City Planning &Community Investment Department (“Redevelopment Division”).  

Although the Agency consists of three entities (the Redevelopment Division, the Centre City Development Corporation and the Southeastern Economic Development Corporation), this solicitation for architectural design and/or sustainable design consultant services is only for project areas managed by the Redevelopment Division. The Division implements redevelopment activities within eleven redevelopment project areas totaling approximately 7,600 acres and provides overall management and administrative services for the Agency.
