The Trickier Aspects of the 2008 Title 24 Code
Martyn Dodd with EnergySoft will cover some of the more difficult aspects of compliance with the 2008 Title 24 Standards. Residential topics slated for discussion will include how to comply with the new Indoor Air Quality requirements for low-rise residential construction and the tougher window criteria and what if means to both new homes as well as remodels and additions.
Nonresidential/High-rise residential Hotel/Motel topics will cover the new wall and roof insulation criteria, as well as new requirements for daylighting your buildings. We will also cover what the impact will be on your lighting design given the new lower lighting allowances for schools, offices and retail buildings.
