There are a number of online resources available to AIA San Diego committees. These tools and resources are provided to help committees manage themselves in a thorough, efficient, and consistent manner. This area of the website will be updated regularly to ensure committees can best serve our valued AIA San Diego membership!

Marketing events and programs to our members:
Committees are encouraged to take advantage of the marketing and communication tools that the chapter has in place to reach our members. Those tools include:

• The chapter newsletters -- ArchiGram and Architecture San Diego: For information on how to advertise your committee's programs and events in the newsletters, click here.
• The chapter's e-newsletter -- Upcoming Events: To learn how this resource is managed, email kberry@aiasandiego.org.
• The chapter's website: Each committee is responsible for uploading content to the chapter website and managing that committee's presence on the website. Training on how to do this is hosted twice per year. Please contact the chapter office to learn when the next website training for committees will be hosted.
• Event Flyer Marketing Checklist: Use this checklist to ensure everything you need is on your flyer before distribution.
• Offer Continuing Education LU's: a valuable aspect of attending an event to members is fullfilling AIA CES and HSW Learning Units. If you'd like your program to be registered for Continuing Education credit, see the Program Guidelines and submit the Registration Form for review. • Set up Online Registration: Committee's are welcome to use AIASD's Acteva account to offer online registration for your program. Simply follow the submittal instructions on this form and you will be supplied a link to use for marketing within 48 hours.

Email account: Each committee, commission, program and event may have an email account set up by AIA San Diego staff. To learn more, click here.

Upload photos on our Kodak Gallery page: Show off your event pics by uploading them to our online gallery and then include the album link on your committee event page. To obtain login passwords, email your name, the event name and the committee you're on to Krista at kberry@aiasandiego.org and she'll get it back to you within 48 hours.
