Codes, Permits & Processing Committee

Mission Statement:

The Codes, Permits & Processing Committee’s mission is to proactively advise local and state agencies on improvements to the regulatory process through the review of policies and regulations that impact our profession; and to advise on improvements to the development review process through communications, technology, and best business practices to improve customer service.

Members of the Codes, Permits, & Processing Committee (CP&P for short) serve as liaisons acting in an advisory role on the following committees:

City of San Diego Technical Advisory Committee (the TAC is a subcommitte of the City of San Diego's Land Use & Housing Committee)

International Code Council Codes Committee (ICC San Diego Chapter)
